Our vasectomy reversal cost for a first-time vasovasostomy is $3,750.00 and $4,400.00 for an epididymovasostomy and/or a redo vasovasostomy if the initial surgery was done elsewhere. A two-week postoperative wound evaluation is included in the vasectomy reversal cost (surgical fee). If your insurance carrier is not going to pay for the procedure, a deposit of $2,200.00 is required two weeks prior to surgery, with the total balance to be paid on the day of surgery.
